We’re always on the lookout for volunteer writers, photographers, and illustrators who have a passion for local journalism and a good story to tell. Interested? Tell us your idea, how you’d like to contribute, and please include a short bio (150 words max).

Writer-in-Residence
The Campus Resident will be launching a paid Writer-in-Residence program commencing August 1 for an upstart storyteller who wants to play a role in hyperlocal journalism.
Application details will be available in early May 2026. Stay tuned.
Arts and Culture
For submissions to our monthly arts and culture section:
- Please include your name, the neighborhood you live in, and a short 40 word bio describing your art and who you are.
- Visual art submissions must be sent in high-resolution at 300dpi, preferably as JPG/PNG/TIFF/PDF files.
- For written submissions, please attach as a .doc, .docx, or Google Doc file
